In this episode host Rushenka speaks to Jes Gram-Hansen, Skipper of SAP Extreme Sailing Team on his outstanding sailing career to date and how technology is playing a vital role with the sport of sailing around the world.

Jes explains what drove him to become an elite sailor and the highs and lows that he experienced along his journey. One of his career highlights was racing in Sydney Harbour in 2016 during the Extreme Sailing Series, where he set a personal speed record of 40 knots.

Young ICT Explorers is a non-profit competition, which has been created by SAP to encourage school students to create their best Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related projects. Being a former student involved in the competition, Benjamin explains the career skills he gained from being involved in the competition and the career opportunities this has provided to him.

Edwin explains how his school got involved in the competition and what is involved for schools and the students to get involved and the benefits this has given his students taking part.

Having seen some amazing innovative projects from school students, Travis highlights some of the previous projects that have been developed and the confidence he sees in students that take part in the competition.
